Diane McNally provides Human Resources consulting services related to workforce and organization effectiveness. With over 20 years of executive experience in Fortune 250 organizations, Diane has demonstrated expertise in addressing a variety of human capital management issues, including employee engagement, performance management, change management, conflict resolution, individual and team effectiveness, as well as talent acquisition and retention. Diane has extensive experience in individual coaching and group facilitation, both in corporate and academic settings. In addition, she is widely regarded for her expertise in corporate crisis management and recovery.
Diane has expertise in identifying opportunities for enhancing business results at the individual, team and organizational level. She also has worked extensively on resolving complex organizational matters involving sensitive and high risk employee relations issues, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing, as well as outsourcing initiatives.
Diane’s academic credentials include a BA in Business Administration, MA Psychology, MA Organization Systems, and Ph.D. Human & Organization Development.
Diane has held executive-level positions in Recruiting, Employee Relations, Organization Effectiveness, Diversity, HR Compliance/EEO, and she has led large, national teams of HR professionals. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality and financial services. In her most recent corporate experience, Diane served as Executive Vice President of Employee Relations & Workforce Effectiveness for a $100 billion financial services organization with operations across the United States.
Today, Diane provides consulting services to organizations of all sizes and focuses on optimizing business results through outstanding people and organizational practices. She also has served on faculty at several universities providing graduate-level instruction in the business school.
